Newsletter Contest Rules

1. Organizer

The contest is organized by Travel With Mikael, operated by Mikael Casavant, a certified travel counsellor in Québec (OPC certificate CCV202412354004) — bonjour@travelwithmikael.com.

2. Contest period

Each calendar month is a separate contest, starting on the first day of the month at 12:00 a.m. and ending on the last day of the month at 11:59 p.m. (Eastern Time). The draw takes place on the first business day of the following month.

3. Eligibility

Open to residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory and are subscribed to the Travel With Mikael newsletter at the time of the draw. Mikael Casavant and his immediate family members are not eligible.

4. How to enter

• Subscribe to the newsletter for free on travelwithmikael.com. No purchase necessary.
• One entry per person and per email address. Subscribers are automatically entered in every monthly draw for as long as they stay subscribed.

5. Prize

One (1) prize per month: a $25 travel credit, applicable to planning fees or to a booking made through Travel With Mikael within 12 months of the draw. The credit has no cash value, cannot be exchanged, and is not transferable.

6. Draw and odds

The winner is selected at random from all eligible entries. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries.

7. Claiming the prize

The selected entrant is notified by email. To receive the prize, they must reply within 14 days and correctly answer, without assistance, a mathematical skill-testing question. Otherwise, a new draw is held.

8. General conditions

The organizer may modify or cancel the contest in accordance with applicable laws. Incomplete, fraudulent, or automated entries are rejected.

For Québec residents: any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.

9. Personal information and unsubscribing

Information collected is used only to send the newsletter and administer the contest, in accordance with our privacy policy. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every newsletter or by writing to us.
